Transportation Operative
The role involves safely transporting goods to and from clients, ensuring timely delivery and collection. This is a key responsibility for the candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating vehicles in accordance with road traffic laws and regulations.
* Performing daily vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness, roadworthiness, and compliance with safety standards.
* Loading and unloading materials securely to prevent damage or loss.
* Accurately completing delivery paperwork and logbooks within specified deadlines.
* Following assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
* Maintaining effective communication with dispatch and site personnel.
Requirements:
* Valid Safe Pass certification.
* Manual handling skills (training provided if necessary).
* A valid full, clean C driving license.
* CPC qualification desirable.
