Director of HR Technologies
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the continued evolution and strategic success of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving strategic success for our HR technologies through partnership with senior stakeholders and strategic vendor partnerships
* Coaching, mentoring and providing leadership development to the HR Technology team (managing 10-12 individuals)
* Ensuring data compliance across our platform and IT Change Control processes are consistently adhered to
About the Role
* Experience in a leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a strategic plan for a suite of HR systems, including Workday
* Experience in managing a remote and geographically dispersed team of HR System Analysts, including full-time and contractor team members
