We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support across hardware, software, networking, and enterprise systems. You will troubleshoot issues both remotely and on-site, assist third-party vendors, and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.The ideal candidate has 1–2 years' experience in IT support. However, if you are hardworking, show initiative, and demonstrate the right attitude, the client would be very happy to consider you.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote access tools.Stage, configure, and deploy Windows 11 desktops and laptops.Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and core applications.Assist with C-Cure & Avigilon security systems and Palo Alto GlobalProtect client.Provide hardware support for printers (Ricoh, OKI, Zebra), AV equipment, and peripheral devices.Configure and troubleshoot MS Teams phones and audio-visual systems.Perform basic server administration (Windows Server 2019/2022), manage VMware environments, and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication.Assist third-party vendors with installation and configuration of laboratory equipment and software.Maintain accurate IT asset management records and documentation.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or global support teams as required.Provide excellent customer service, working professionally with end-users, vendors, and internal teams.Experience & Skills Required1-2 years' experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and basic server administration.Hands-on experience with desktop deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and peripherals (printers, AV, Zebra devices).Networking fundamentals: LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.Experience supporting VMware virtual environments and backup solutions like Veeam.Ability to assist with lab or specialized hardware/software setups.Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive attitude.Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and adapt to changing priorities.Full driving licence is essential for on-site support tasks.Desirable Skills:IT certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL FoundationFamiliarity with Linux/macOS environmentsBasic SQL knowledge for querying or reportingAwareness of ITIL principles and best practicesWhat's in It for YouOpportunity to work with modern enterprise IT infrastructureProfessional development and sponsored training opportunitiesExposure to a broad range of IT systems, networking, AV, and lab technologiesCollaborative, supportive team environmentJob Type: Fixed termContract length: 6 monthsPay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
