Dutch Customer Service Role
As a Dutch-speaking customer service professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for processing orders, communicating with internal and external customers, and maintaining accurate data on SAP.
Additionally, you will work closely with the commercial sales team to keep customer account information up-to-date and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of excellent customer service.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, while fluency in French would be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required, along with comfort using IT systems. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be a significant advantage.
