We are hiring a Sous Chef / Curry Chef who specializes in Indian cuisine to join our team at Sethu Curry House (Hari Foods Limited), located at The Square, Main Street, Killorglin, Co. Kerry, V93 V027, Ireland.If you are passionate about authentic Indian cooking and have relevant experience, we'd love to hear from youDuties and Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards. Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.Follow and record all HACCP procedures and documentation.Assist with menu planning and daily food preparation.Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies for your section.Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and Owner.Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as required.Skills and Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience as a Curry Chef role.Knowledge and experience in Indian cuisine is a must.Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and progress within the team.Advantages:Possibly of Head Chef position in 24 months.Possibly of shareholder in the near future.Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Killorglin, CO.
