Following continued investment across the group, we are delighted to introduce the role of Group Digital Marketing Executive, a key position supporting multiple properties during an exciting period of growth and development.
The Role
This is a full-time, permanent group role, with responsibility for:
* Lough Rynn Castle – full-time
* Kinnitty Castle – full-time
* Kilronan Castle – fixed-term maternity leave cover
The successful candidate will play a central role in driving digital performance, brand visibility, and direct revenue across the group's portfolio. The role can be based at Lough Rynn Castle or Kilronan Castle, with regular travel between properties required.
Key Responsibilities
Group Digital Marketing & Strategy
* Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across Lough Rynn Castle, Kinnitty Castle, and Kilronan Castle.
* Drive best-in-class digital performance, focusing on brand positioning, direct bookings, and ROI.
* Work closely with General Managers and Sales & Marketing teams to align digital activity with commercial objectives.
Website & E-commerce Management
* Manage and update hotel websites, ensuring accurate content, compelling offers, and seamless customer journeys.
* Oversee e-commerce performance, working with third-party partners and internal stakeholders to optimise results.
* Take ownership of reporting, analytics, and performance insights, ensuring data-driven decisions are implemented.
* Support digital projects such as website enhancements, new offer launches, and campaign rollouts.
Social Media & Content
* Manage all social media channels across the group, including organic content, paid campaigns, stories, and reels.
* Develop and maintain a strong, consistent tone of voice aligned with each property's brand identity.
* Create engaging, high-quality content while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and brand consistency.
* Stay ahead of digital and social media trends, introducing innovative ideas and best practices across the group.
* Manage social media budgets, paid advertising spend, and associated invoicing processes.
* Measure and report on the performance of all social media channels on a monthly basis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder & Project Management
* Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across all properties.
* Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects across multiple hotels simultaneously.
* Proactively share digital knowledge and insights to support wider commercial and operational teams.
Travel Requirements
* Regular travel between Lough Rynn Castle and Kilronan Castle.
* Travel to Kinnitty Castle required at least once per month.
* Flexibility to travel as required to support campaigns, shoots, or key projects.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in hotel or hospitality digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of website management, e-commerce, and social media strategy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
* High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Commercially minded, creative, and proactive.
