1. Designing and implementing AMRs, robotic loading and unloading systems, and vial tracking technologies;
2. Developing and implementing automated workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity;
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing processes;
4. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize automation performance;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering or related field;
* Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions;
* Strong understanding of robotics, computer vision, and machine learning principles;
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment;
