Senior Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve manufacturing systems, focusing on quality, cost, and efficiency objectives.
2. Analyze complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions, leveraging Lean methodologies and best practices.
3. Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
* Green Belt certification is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in medical device process development and project management.
* Familiarity with design verification, process validations, and Lean principles.
