Manufacturing Director - Engineering & Technologies

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all manufacturing operations across facilities (Ireland and future UK sites), ensuring lean, safe, and efficient practices.
* Oversee design integration, production planning, quality standards, and digitalised cost tracking for all manufactured products.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, reporting performance monthly.
* Strategically grow and evolve manufacturing capabilities to meet increasing demand.
* Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance, resource planning, and team development.
* Build strong internal and client-facing relationships to support delivery and innovation.
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role
* Proven track record in managing budgets, lean operations, and production scaling.
* Strong knowledge of engineering design, digital delivery tools, and programme management software.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Full driving licence.
