Construction Planner Our client is a leading Building Contractor with an immediate requirement for an Intermediate Construction Planner to join their head office team based in Templemore. * Possess strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare fully resourced tender documents, construction programmes, and logistics plans. · Support bids, live projects, and post-bid negotiations through to handover, with key milestones of potential risks anticipated by continuous risk assessment review processes involved.
