Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with senior chefs to plan, prepare, and execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner service to the highest standard, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
* Assist in menu planning and recipe development, bringing creativity and innovation to each dish, while maintaining consistency across the menu.
* Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization protocols, guaranteeing compliance with HACCP standards.
* Lead and motivate junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and a positive working environment that fosters growth and development.
* Support stock management, ordering, and cost control processes, collaborating with senior chefs to optimize kitchen resources and minimize waste.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen.
