About the role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Internal Office Sales Executive to support and build relationships with schools, colleges, retailers, and businesses across Ireland.
This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, managing accounts, and supporting the sales process from enquiry to order completion.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with school administrators and business customers, highly organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Occasional customer visits may also be required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Manage inbound sales enquiries by phone and email
Proactively contact schools to introduce products and services
Build strong relationships with school administrators, principals, and purchasing staff
Follow up quotations and convert leads into sales
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business
Identify upselling opportunities across product ranges and services
Administration & Office Support
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM or internal systems
Coordinate with operations and production teams regarding orders and timelines
Assist with seasonal sales campaigns and promotions
Support management with sales reporting and forecasting
About you
Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, customer service, or office administration
Experience using CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and email systems
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Must have full drivers licence
