Key requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher (preferably Java 17/21). Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA, etc. Experience working with Oracle and/or DB2 databases. Proficiency in Kafka or similar messaging technologies. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservice design principles, and system integration. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and Maven/Gradle.
