you should have experience of undertaking safeguarding enquiries along with sound IT skills that enable efficient record keeping while maintaining confidentiality. Other key requirements include being able to prioritize work effectively,
pay attention
to detail, manage multiple tasks simultaneously within agreed timelines; likewise it's necessary
that one has strong leadership qualities including coaching students or less experienced team members
and mentors them towards career advancement.
