Quality and Technical Assurance Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance the organization's food safety and quality management systems to ensure continued AA certification to regulatory standards.
* Manage product specifications, quality procedures, and records to ensure compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and internal policies.
* Serve as a key technical contact for customers and suppliers, providing accurate quality and technical information.
* Lead investigations into customer complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
* Oversee supplier quality, including non-conformance reports, supplier approval, and maintenance of approved supplier lists.
* Support and participate in audits, responding to any non-conformances and recommendations.
* Coordinate product sample analysis, log results, and maintain robust traceability.
* Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and liaise with suppliers and customers as required.
Requirements:
* A degree in Food Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* At least 3 years' experience in the food industry, preferably in a quality/technical role.
* Strong working knowledge of BRC, GMP, and HACCP standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
* A positive attitude and ambition to grow with the organization.
