Weekend Production Associate
Our client, a leading medical device company based in Ringaskiddy, Cork, is currently seeking Weekend Production Associates to join their team on an 11 month fixed-term contract basis.
This role involves working 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, rotating between day and night shifts each weekend. Successful candidates must also be available to work Monday to Friday initially in order to complete the required training programme.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Carry out operations as per relevant SOP's, data sheets, MP'S and QPS's
2. Maintain accurate Production and quality records.
3. Operate within the cellular manufacturing environment
4. Maintain GMP/Housekeeping standards
5. Process product to specified output and quality standards
6. Work in an environment of continuous change, demonstrating flexibility and openness to change
7. Adhere to the company's procedures/Policies Adhere to company HSE policies and procedures.
8. Work within a team environment to deliver results
Qualifications and experience
9. Essential Secondary school education, Trade or equivalent
10. Basic Numerical ability
11. Manual dexterity
12. Excellent hand/eye co-ordination
13. Attention to detail, Quality orientation
14. Strong safety orientation
15. Manufacturing experience in comparable industry where quality control is required
16. Previous experience within a medical devices industry
