What Youll Do As a Sales Advisor in our Health & Wellness department, youll: Welcome and connect with customers, offering expert, friendly advice. Share knowledge and recommendations across skincare, health, and lifestyle products. Keep up with new products, launches, and wellness trends. Deliver excellent service while achieving personal and team sales goals. Ensure the department is beautifully presented, well-stocked, and inviting. Support events, workshops, and product demonstrations. Assist with stock, merchandising, and tills while maintaining smooth store operations. Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure every customer enjoys the full Arboretum experience. What Were Looking For Retail or sales experience, ideally in skincare, health, beauty, or wellness. A genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and lifestyle products. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. Proactive, customer-focused approach with great problem-solving skills. Team player with flexibility to adapt in a busy retail environment. Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods.
