Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk Position
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and coding a high volume of invoices into our company's accounting system, matching invoices to purchase orders and quotes, checking and verifying invoice details to ensure accuracy and compliance with our policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and code all incoming invoices using the Sage Line 50 software.
2. Match invoices to purchase orders and quotations in order to verify their authenticity.
We expect applicants who have experience working with finance systems such as Sage Line 50, accounts payable experience is also preferred.
In exchange for your expertise we can offer you weekly pay £15-£16 per hour.
