You orchestrate others to anticipate issues on customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience. You lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders with deep industry expertise to expand customer relationships. You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts. Pipeline Generation: Own pipeline creation and qualification across workloads (Azure, Modern Work, Security, Business Apps). Account Orchestration: Lead territory planning, renewal strategies, and orchestrate internal teams and partners. Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with CXOs through strategic conversations. Partner Collaboration: Scale through co-selling motions and marketing signals. Compliance & Excellence: Ensure adherence to corporate policies while driving innovation Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field with proven experience in a relevant industry (e.g. Healthcare, Government, Education, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail), driving digital transformation and/or working in consulting or technology. OR Master's Degree in Business Administration with a strong track record in a relevant industry (e.g. Government, Education), driving digital transformation and/or working in consulting or technology. OR An equivalent professional background gained in relevant industries, with clear evidence of driving digital transformation and/or holding roles in consulting or technology.
