Overview
Solution Architect – CPC Program at DYNE. We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to play a key role in supporting the Consumer Protection Code (CPC) program. This role requires a versatile and technically adept generalist who can assess, design, and oversee solutions across a diverse technology landscape — including midrange Cobol platforms or Java-based applications into Salesforce environments. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory requirements, align with enterprise architecture standards, and are delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate and design end-to-end solutions to meet the requirements of the CPC regulations.
* Assess existing systems and solutions across various technology stacks including Cobol, Java, and Salesforce.
* Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable and compliant technical solutions.
* Provide architectural guidance and governance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
* Support delivery teams with technical design decisions, integration patterns, and data flow architecture.
* Ensure all designed solutions adhere to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements specific to the financial and insurance sectors.
* Produce and maintain architecture documentation including solution blueprints, design patterns, and technical roadmaps.
* Participate in technical reviews, ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability, and future growth.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate complex architectural concepts in clear business terms.
* Support project delivery and implementation phases where hands-on technical involvement may be required.
Required Skills and Experience
* 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles within complex enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of multiple technology stacks including midrange (Cobol systems or Java-based applications) and transferring into Salesforce platforms.
* Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions in regulated industries, ideally insurance or financial services.
* Solid grasp of system integration, data management, and application modernization approaches.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and governance models within financial or insurance sectors.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
* Experience with API design, microservices, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous.
* Hands-on technical experience and willingness to engage in solution delivery when necessary.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Desirable Skills
* Exposure to enterprise integration frameworks, middleware platforms, or data transformation solutions.
* Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
* Prior experience working with Salesforce implementation teams and legacy system modernization initiatives.
* Awareness of CPC regulatory compliance.
