Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team at cpl-resources-limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounts professional looking for a new challenge or an experienced financial administrator seeking to transition into an accounts-focused role.
The Job:
This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and is a key part of the shared services accounts team. The primary focus will be on supporting back office finance duties and accounts processing.
* Matching and processing of invoicing
* Investigating variances and potential issues in accounts reports
* Resolving queries
* Ensuring accurate submission of AP payments
* Updating supplier account information
* Assisting accountants with monthly close processes
* Supporting projects across the team
Your Skills/Experience:
* Third-level degree in business studies, accounting, or another relevant discipline
* Relevant qualification such as Accounting Technician
* 2+ years of experience in accounts, banking, or financial administration focused roles
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong IT and reporting skills
* Able to engage with people at all levels of seniority
* Own car and full/clean driving license (ideal)

Work Arrangements:
This role is a hybrid position, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days worked from home or remotely. Initial training and onboarding will take place fully in-office.
