Our team combines innovation with practical construction expertise to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.We are now recruiting a Site / Senior Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating on-site engineering, quality and technical aspects of modular installation and fit-out. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative, fast-track projects using modern construction methods.ResponsibilitiesSet out works on site in line with project drawings and specifications.Manage all engineering aspects of the project including levels, surveying, and quality checks.Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and current building regulations.Work closely with the project team to plan, coordinate and deliver works on time and within budget.Liaise with design, production and site management teams to resolve technical issues promptly.Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality requirements.Maintain site records including daily logs, quality documentation and as-built information.Support continuous improvement in construction and installation methods.Contribute to technical reviews and quality assurance during the offsite manufacturing process.ExperienceAt least 3 years pos t qualification experience with good knowledge of the sector or experience within a project-based organisationArticulate and numerate capable of delivering reports verbally and written in an objective and persuasive mannerDisplays good interpersonal and communication skills and acts in an inependent and professional manner with the ability to influence others including senior managementWorking knowledge of Control of TemporaryWorks (ability to act as the TWC advantageous )QualificationsDegree / Diploma in EngineeringSMSTS / MSICFirst Aid CourseLifting Supervisor CertificationTemporary WorksCoordinator trained (TWC)Chartered or working towards professional status with Engineers Ireland or Institute of Civil EngineersAdditional InformationVision Built, a Sisk Company, offers a rewarding career within a collaborative and innovative environment.
