Operations Manager Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Washroom and Pest division in Dublin.
* Drive business growth by spearheading the operational performance, integration of acquisitions, and leadership of your team.
* Develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer relationships, drive efficiencies, and ensure compliance.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within your team while driving the strategic growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational team that embodies a culture of excellence.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee supply chain management, inventory optimization, service route optimization, and deliver seamless integration of acquisitions across systems, people, vehicles, branding, and financial processes.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, implement robust health & safety procedures, and manage training requirements for both office and field staff.
* Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on key performance indicators to drive performance and profitability.
* Strategic Projects: Take ownership of systems upgrades, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, and central teams.
