About the role
Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
Helping lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Assisting with stock control, waste management, and kitchen efficiency
Maintaining excellent hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety standards
Taking responsibility for service and kitchen operations when required
What we're looking for
Minimum
3 years' experience
in a similar Sous Chef or senior chef role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen
A passion for quality food and high standards
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Ability to perform well under pressure and as part of a team
Candidates must have the legal right to work full-time in Ireland
Candidates must currently be based in Ireland
