Corporate Actions Analyst / Permanent / Dublin / Hybrid For our client, a global financial services firm, we are looking for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join their team.

€37k + 10% bonus +benefits Permanent contract Hybrid working model Dublin-based EU passport or Stamp 4 required What youll be doing: Processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions on a daily basis Coordinating information flow between multiple stakeholders (Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Custodians) Managing the communication of corporate actions and ensuring the accuracy of data and reporting Supporting income collection and event processing Handling queries from internal teams and external partners Identifying and escalating risks when needed What were looking for: 12 years of experience in Financial Services Exposure to Corporate Actions / Fund Operations / Custody (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement If you're interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to reach out!
