They have recently set up operations in Dublin and have requirements for a Project Director for the operational delivery of rail projects in Ireland.Main PurposeTo act as a project management specialist and subject-matter expert, providing direction, guidance and supervision as appropriate to project management and operational delivery teams, operational managers, clients and suppliers.To direct the actions of the team on contract, including the multidisciplinary environment and to undertake the people manager role when required by the business.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategyWork with the Business Director, Account Director and managers and to develop and manage annual business objectives, plans and budgets for allocated contract; actively seek opportunities for growth outside the existing budget.Finance / Operations:Own the P&L and implement the business plan for the assigned contract.Work with Business Director, Account Director and managers to develop and manage annual business objectives, plans and budgets for the contract;
