Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
1. Oversee daily operations and partner management across Ireland.
2. Monitor field activities (e.g., methane leak detection), ensuring quality, efficiency, and issue resolution.
3. Coordinate logistics and scheduling based on project demands.
4. Manage operational KPIs, maintain the Plan of Record (POR), and generate performance reports.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Field Engineering, Client Management, Finance, Sales) to align execution with contractual obligations.
Team Leadership & Recruitment
6. Lead the hiring and onboarding of leak detection drivers and field staff.
7. Provide training and mentorship, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
8. Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support and minor system troubleshooting.
Financial Oversight
9. Validate and process partner invoices; track operational costs and revenue projections.
10. Prepare quotes and invoices, and address discrepancies with partners professionally.
11. Monitor partner cost structures, benchmark performance, and contribute to financial planning.
Compliance & Contract Management
12. Ensure strict compliance with contractual agreements and performance metrics.
13. Manage documentation related to operations, contracts, and invoicing.
14. Maintain data security standards and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols.

Education & Qualifications
25. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
26. Professional certifications in project management (preferred).
