Karen M Clabby Solicitors are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary.Job:The position will involve a broad range of responsibilities including:Dealing with all aspects of conveyancing files with appropriate supervision;Taking clients' instructions;Reviewing title documentation;Drafting Contracts for Sale;Drafting Land Registry and Registry of Deeds forms (including first registration applications), Statutory Declarations etc.;Keeping clients informed of the up-to-date status of their transaction and dealing with any queries they may have;Filing stamp duty returnsScheduling title deedsExperience, knowledge and skills:The candidate should have:At least 3 years experience in conveyancing practice.Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;Accuracy and attention to detail;The ability to use their own initiative and to manage workload efficiently.The ability to meet deadlines;Strong administration and organisational skills.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
