We are seeking a PA/Administrator to join our team on a specified purpose contract, based at our office in Ballsbridge.In this role, you will provide support to the Managing Director and the wider team, which includes New Homes, Development Land and Professional Services.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and have a flexible approach to work, we would love to hear from you.Role & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the Managing Directors diary and appointments.Assist with preparing proposals, pitches and reports.Ensure all correspondence and emails are responded to and followed up in a timely manner.Organise meeting agendas, collate papers and circulate to all members in advance of the meetings.Take accurate minutes of meetings and distribute in a timely manner.Meet and greet clients when required.Arrange and book travel requirements.Manage the Managing Director's monthly expenses.Screening incoming communication (written, email and telephone) and follow up to ensure completion.Draft emails, letters and other correspondence as required.Provide administrative support to the wider team to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the day to day business requirements.Assist with ad hoc project requirements and event organisation.Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour at all times.Undertake any other duties commensurate with the position.Demonstrate the Company Values and take responsibility for own development by undertaking activities to broaden experience and market knowledge.ExperienceMinimum 2years previous experience in a similar role is essential.Experience in a property related business would be advantageous.Experience in preparing documents such as reports and presentations.Comfortable with new technologies and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Flexible and proactive approach to work.Sherry FitzGerald is an equal opportunity employer.
