Logistics Coordinator Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our logistics department.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless communication with customers, internal departments, and carriers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues from various departments to address customer queries and concerns.
* Update our systems with accurate delivery information provided by carriers or drivers.
* Process customer billing using discrepancy codes within specified deadlines.
* Manage customer onboarding, updating our systems and advising transport/carriers accordingly.
* Coordinate uplifts and ensure they are completed to customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and track PODs as per customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), working closely with carriers.
* Oversee Month End and Period End Close offs according to customer timelines.
* Generate POD reports in collaboration with your team to note and scan all PODs.
Required Skills:
* Eligibility to work and reside in Ireland.
* Experience in the Transport industry or a good understanding thereof.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a consistent pace.
* Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
* Organized approach with analytical thinking.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Prioritization and deadline-driven individual with teamwork and flexibility.
