**Job Title:** General Foreperson
* Implementation of daily and weekly programmes, alongside the issue of programme details to subcontractors.
* Attending weekly management team meetings for clients and construction teams.
* Maintaining a site diary, recording manpower levels for each subcontractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
* Responsible for the day-to-day managing of the site.
* Driving production outputs to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in a construction site foreman or foreperson role.
* Strong time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
* Able to use time productively, maximise efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
* Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
