We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Technical Operations Specialist.
About the Role:
This is a key position that requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support on multiple technologies, including Windows Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, and networking skills.
* Incident Management: Manage escalated IT calls related to incidents and service requests.
* Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex problems.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a valid working visa or EU passport.
