Technical Field Service Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Service Specialist to undertake installation, maintenance and repair of products in line with global standards.
This is a contract role to support key field service activities at customer sites, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertakes all maintenance activities (including installation and commissioning) of products, whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
* Provides front-line support for key field service activities at customer sites.
* Conducts faultfinding and troubleshooting support in order to resolve or escalate issues within the agreed contractual timeframes.
* Ensures all field service activities are conducted within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, policies and procedures to ensure organisational, safety and health obligations are met.
* Risk control elements covering all relevant aspects of the field service role must be adhered to.
* Provides detailed and accurate feedback on activities and compiles clear and concise reports for submission to the line manager and/or technical support.
Requirements:
* Education level: University or formal qualification in an electrical, electromechanical or mechanical discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in a relevant industry, ideally customer-facing.
* Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work.
