Care Leadership Position
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a team of Social Care Workers and Healthcare Assistants in a family home setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing operational aspects, and ensuring the highest quality service within available resources.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum level 7 in Applied Social Care
* A thorough knowledge of Principles and Practice of Social care
* Understanding of business management principles
* At least three years' experience
* A full driving license is essential
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage social care & HCA staff
* Implement all operational policies and procedures
* Oversight of operational aspects concerning the running of the establishment
* Ensure high-quality service delivery within available resources
* Report shortfalls to senior management
