**Job Summary:**
The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Powercomm Group by overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This standalone role involves managing various key areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify, attract, and select top talent to join the Powercomm Group team.
* Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
* Performance Management & Development: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive individual and team growth.
* Compensation & Benefits Administration: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards.
* Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
* Workforce Planning & HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience.
* CIPD qualification, desirable.
* Experience in a similar industry (construction, engineering etc), desirable.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
