What You'll Do
Design, develop, test and deploy complex product modules on time
End-to-end ownership of the assigned modules with a strong focus on the solution, code quality, performance, security and efficiency
Actively contribute toward design discussions
Demonstrate engineering excellence through commitment to quality execution, continuous improvement and customer empathy
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices such as style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability and efficiency
Provide solid technical leadership and work closely with team leads, product management and QA teams for flawless delivery of the product
Actively contribute towards the CICD process
Drive team in adopting relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes
Mentor and train junior team members on design techniques and coding standards
Propose innovative solutions to address business problems
Maintain high-quality standards on all deliverables
Proactively identify and work on automation opportunities
Conduct training and resource onboarding sessions
Experience You'll Bring
Bachelor’s/ Master's Degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns, and the underlying logic and relationships within software systems.
Proven hands‑on experience in software development and solution design, preferably within product‑based organizations, with 5 to 8 years of enterprise‑level development experience.
Experience with modern front‑end technologies, such as JavaScript/ Typescript, Angular 21, HTML5, SCSS, and NGRX
Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, SOLID principles and software design patterns
A broad experience of architecture, infrastructure, software, and computing systems with a proven track record of designing and developing solutions for end users on cross platform systems.
Passion for modern technology and a proven track record of successfully making a positive impact as tech visionary.
Understanding/or strong interest in Agile methods such as Scrum/XP, Behavior Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery
Eagerness to constantly learn and update your skills, and you like to share knowledge with others.
Self‑starter attitude with a high degree of initiative and a positive mindset
