ServiceNow Project Manager Job Description
As a key role in driving enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives, this position focuses on Agile delivery and coordinates cross-functional efforts to enhance IT service management and automation.
This highly skilled professional will act as SCRUM Master for the ServiceNow team, running Agile ceremonies and ensuring best practices. They will manage planning and delivery of ServiceNow projects across modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, and BCM.
They will work closely with platform owners, developers, and stakeholders to define scope and timelines. Progress will be tracked using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Key responsibilities include supporting M&A onboarding projects and managing external vendor coordination. Compliance with governance and change management standards is essential.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in an Agile/SCRUM Master role. They must have experience delivering ServiceNow projects or working closely with ServiceNow teams.
Certification as a SCRUM Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent is required. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and enterprise IT environments is also necessary.
Requirements:
