We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our busy garage operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
The Workshop Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of skilled technicians to deliver high-quality work, overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout, coordinating job allocation, workflow, and resource planning for maximum efficiency, and monitoring all work to ensure it meets the required quality and safety standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to achieve operational targets and maintain workshop efficiency, ensuring all workshop operations comply with current health and safety regulations.
