Role Description
This is a remote, volunteer opportunity for a Research and Grants Writing Assistant. The role involves conducting research to support funding proposals, drafting and reviewing grant applications, assisting in the coordination of grant-related projects, and collaborating with the team to identify opportunities. Additional responsibilities include editing written materials and contributing to creative content to support the organization's mission and operational goals.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Writing skills, including clear and concise expression of ideas and creative writing abilities
* Research skills for identifying funding opportunities and producing well-supported grant applications
* Proficiency in Editing to refine and improve written materials
* Ability to work effectively in a remote and volunteer-based role
* Passion for sustainable development and familiarity with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is an asset
* Experience in grant writing or development-related fields is advantageous
