Global firm with a rapidly expanding team in Ireland are recruiting for a PA to support a busy Partner in their Employment practice.
You will be a highly experienced and proactive PA who can confidently work with Senior fee-earners.
You will ideally have experience in Employment Law but the firm will also consider other experience in a large commercial law firm.
You will need strong billing skills and be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Hybrid working with great flexibility and working hours (9.30am- 5.30pm)
Central Dublin 2 location – 1 minute from Green Line Luas and minutes from a number of bus routes
Very strong salary and excellent benefits package – to include Health Insurance, 5% matched Pension Contribution, paid overtime
25 days Annual Leave plus Good Friday and one day at Christmas
Duties in this role will include diary management and travel coordination, matter management, updating client records, supporting in Business Development activities.
You will also be responsible for all aspects of the billing process.
