Talent Acquisition Strategist
Our organization seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years' experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition, strong knowledge of healthcare roles and regulatory frameworks, and skilled use of LinkedIn Recruiter and social media sourcing.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to define needs and build sourcing strategies, conduct talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and market analysis, and drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
They will also lead international recruitment, support visa/registration processes, ensure compliance with GDPR and healthcare regulatory bodies, and utilize data to track performance and improve recruitment efficiency.
