We are recruiting a
Senior Tax Manager
for a dynamic tax practice, aiming to build strong client relationships, deliver high-value advisory services, and lead a talented team.
What You'll Do
Manage a diverse portfolio of compliance and advisory work for corporate clients.
Provide expert advice on complex Irish & international tax matters, including corporate tax, cross-border issues, restructuring, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor junior team members — supporting their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Build and manage strong client relationships; liaise with clients, tax authorities and other stakeholders.
Identify and develop business opportunities; contribute to the strategic growth of the tax practice.
Qualifications
Qualified tax/accounting professional (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
Significant PQE — proven experience delivering both compliance and advisory work for corporate clients.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax law and international tax matters.
Excellent communication, client service and project-management skills.
Leadership aptitude and ability to mentor junior staff.
