Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide high-quality customer service and technical support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Norwegian and English, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails, providing first-level troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email
* Provide technical support and assistance to customers across the product range
* Document customer complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines
* Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and email
* Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses
* Resolve inquiries and complaints within set KPI targets
* Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
* 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering preferred)
* Call center or administrative experience accepted
* Fluent in Norwegian and English
* Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role
