The hotel night porter plays a vital role in setting the tone for our guests. This part-time position includes weekend shifts, with work hours spanning from 11pm to 7am.
About The Role
* Provide a warm welcome to our guests as they arrive at the hotel
* Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while handling guest queries
* Ensure billing is completed accurately and promptly
* Offer food and beverage service as required during your shift
This crucial role also involves maintaining health, safety, and security standards throughout the night shift. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering switchboard calls professionally and dealing with requests from guests.
