Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Operations Director to manage site operations, including production lines and staff. This role involves planning, scheduling, order completion, implementing standard operating procedures, and managing operational efficiency.
You will work closely with senior management and be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and health and safety compliance. To succeed in this position, you will require a proven track record in management, preferably in the food industry, with knowledge of HACCP and BRC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand
* Implement standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies
* Manage operational efficiency to increase outputs, minimize waste, and reduce downtime
* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and health and safety compliance
Requirements:
* Proven track record in management, preferably in the food industry
* Degree in food science or related field
* Knowledge of HACCP and BRC
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Financial awareness and attention to detail
