About the rolePayzone is seeking a creative, organised, and driven Marketing Executive to support the delivery of brand and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this hands on role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with strong operational skills. You'll contribute to campaign execution, content creation, marketing operations, and cross functional collaboration.__Key responsibilities:Marketing & campaign deliverySupport planning and execution of campaigns across consumer, retail, and corporate audiencesDeliver marketing activity across digital, print, in-store and in-app channelsCoordinate production of marketing collateral (signage, brochures, POS, presentations)Work closely with agencies, printers, suppliers, and internal teams.Content & designCreate graphics and assets for social, web, in-app, and printWrite clear, engaging copyBuild and manage email marketing campaignsUpdate website content and collaborate with internal/external partnersManage social media scheduling, content creation, and community engagement.Marketing operationsMaintain marketing calendars and timelinesManage purchase orders and update budget trackersCoordinate signage needs across retail and council networksKeep brand assets and templates organised and up to dateSupport ongoing improvements to the CRM system to enhance marketing effectiveness and reporting.Analytics & reportingTrack and report on campaign performanceProvide insights to support continuous optimisation.Collaboration & supportWork closely with product, sales, operations, and external agenciesAct as a key support to the Head of Marketing.___Requirements1 - 3 years' experience in a marketing roleA third level qualification in marketing, communications, or a related disciplineStrong design skills and experience with design tools (e.g.Canva)Confident copywriter with strong attention to detailExperience managing social media channelsExperience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and basic SEO principlesExperience with CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.__BenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceCompany pension6 month onsite with potential for hybrid working thereafterCollaborative, innovative and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and development.
