About the Role
The Rehabilitative Training Programme aims to equip learners with skills to develop personally, socially, and vocationally, enabling them to make informed choices and progress towards greater independence and integration.
* Experience of working with people of varying needs and abilities, including individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, physical and sensory difficulties, behavioural difficulties, and mental health challenges.
* One-to-one key working is essential in developing core Individual Action Plans to support learners' decision-making processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individual training plans, meeting day-to-day training requirements in accordance with the NLN training programme specification.
