Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days office based)
We’re supporting a growing renewable energy platform with a strong pipeline across solar PV, BESS, and wind projects throughout Europe.
They’re looking to appoint a Senior Procurement Manager to strengthen their delivery capability, with a particular focus on contractor engagement and construction supply chain across multiple markets.
The Role
This is a key hire within the procurement function, focused on managing contractor relationships and leading procurement activities across large scale renewable energy projects. You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects are supported by a robust, cost effective and reliable supply chain, working closely with internal teams from early stage development through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with contractors and suppliers across European markets
Lead end to end procurement processes including:
RfX management
Contract negotiation and award
Support the development of scopes of work, specifications, and contract documentation
Manage supplier prequalification in line with internal processes
Monitor supply chain risks and market dynamics
Build and manage key supplier relationships across civil and electrical contractors
Project budgeting and cost estimation
Financial modelling and investment decisions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across: Development, Finance, Legal, Construction

Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes
What They’re Looking For
Proven experience in construction or project procurement, ideally within infrastructure or energy
Strong track record negotiating high value contracts (FIDIC or similar frameworks)
Established network across contractors and suppliers in the European construction or renewable energy market
Ability to operate across both strategic and delivery focused procurement activities
Strong commercial awareness with solid analytical and communication skills
Experience in renewable energy (solar, BESS, wind) is highly desirable, but not essential if you’ve worked on comparable infrastructure projects.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within construction or project environments
Strong understanding of project delivery and contracting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Additional European languages are a plus
