This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced project manager to take charge of multiple residential construction projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage teams effectively, coordinate with stakeholders efficiently, and ensure that timelines and budgets are met.
1. Maintain overall responsibility for the successful delivery of residential construction projects within budgetary constraints and time frames set by senior management;
2. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders on all aspects of project delivery;
3. Evaluate progress against established goals and objectives regularly; plan corrective actions when necessary;
