Construction Solicitor — We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm with an expanding Dublin practice, seeking a Construction Associate – 2PQE+. The Role
* Advise a diverse client base including developers, funders, employers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
* Draft, review and negotiate building contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, and development agreements.
* Support projects across sectors such as living, commercial, retail, energy, and infrastructure.
* Assist with dispute management including adjudication, conciliation, and litigation.
* Collaborate closely with other teams on related real estate, banking, and corporate matters.
* Maintain high levels of client contact and contribute to business development activities.
The Person
* Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in construction law (contentious, non-contentious, or both).
* Strong drafting skills with the ability to produce clear, commercially astute documents.
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
* Highly organised with ability to manage competing deadlines.
* Passionate about professional development and continuous learning.
